If you have a non trademarked name, or one that is generic or can't be directly tied back to you (an acronym for example) you have even fewer options. Side note: I could do the official grab it back internet board option because the legal claim to the name (trademark) would be extremely easy to prove as there is about 80 years of documented history under that name, etc. I still have the internet board option, but several thousand is beyond the value for me to get it.
